Three killed in Czech ammunition plant explosion

On September 21, a spokesman for the Fire Rescue Service of Central Bohemia said one worker had been killed in a blast at the Sellier & Bellot plant in the town of Vlasim, 60 kilometres southeast of Prague in the Czech Republic. The death toll was revised upwards to three a day later.
All the dead were workers at the factory, and the fire service said no fire followed the initial blast.
An investigation into the causes of the incident has been started.
