Clark Solutions' Model MID and CU15 Air Operated Miniature Diaphragm Pumps feature exceptional performance, power, and strength to facilitate transfer of liquids with very high viscosity (up to 5000 cps). Available polypropylene or ECTFE pump bodies ensure optimum chemical compatibility.
CU15 and MID Diaphragm Pumps
Hudson, MA - Clark Solutions introduces two miniature air operated diaphragm pumps: the MID and the CU15, both ATEX certified for potentially explosive atmospheres. These durable air driven diaphragm pumps are an ideal choice for environmental/process emission monitoring within the petrochemical industries and other process industries. MID and CU15 Pumps also feature a stall-prevention pneumatic system design which does not require lubricated air and therefore allows "dry" operation without incurring damage.
Self-priming dry capacity is 3 meters, even with considerable suction head, and pump speed can be fine-tuned without pressure loss for unrivalled versatility. The standard version of both pumps is ATEX classified II 3/3 GD c IIB T135°C (for zone 2), and the optional Conduct versions are ATEX classified II 2/2 GD c IIB T135°C (for zone 1).
Model MID Air-Operated Miniature Diaphragm Pumps provide flow rates to 5 LPM (1.32 GPM) at pressures to 70 Meters (99.7 PSI), and have a maximum operating temperature of 60°C (140°F).
CU15 Air-Operated Miniature Diaphragm Pumps provide flow rates to 17 LPM (4.49 GPM) at pressures to 70 Meters (99.7 PSI). Maximum operating temperature for polypropylene models is 60°C (140°F); for ECTFE models it is 95°C (203°F).
