Two killed in South Korea munitions plant blast

On May 29, two people were killed and three others seriously injured in a fire that broke out at the Hanwha plant in Daejeon, South Korea, according to the Yonhap news agency. All of the injured have been transferred to a nearby hospital.

Emergency services sent 29 firetrucks and 53 firefighters to the scene to bring the blaze under control. The fire was soon extinguished, and authorities are now investigating the exact cause of the explosion.
