Ikusi Remote Control is the industrial division of Ikusi, a multinational company that provides comprehensive solutions in the field of electronics and ICTs. Ikusi Remote Control is a well-established designer and manufacturer of electronic systems based on radio links for the remote control of industrial and mobile machinery in a wide range of applications.

Within its range of remote control products, Ikusi has a series of transmitters and receivers specially designed to operate in potentially explosive environments that comply with the strictest requirements in terms of regulations and work safety.

These products would be part of the ATEX range of products, featuring the T70 1 (8 pushbuttons) and T 70 2 (12 pushbuttons) transmitters. Both products are ATEX, IECEX, CSA, UL certified and they have shown great reliability in hazardous areas for over 10 years.

IkusiĀ“s ATEX product range is completed with the R70 ATEX Z1 and the R13 ATEX Z2 receivers.

Ikusi Remote Control had the R70 ATEX Z1 receiver for machinery located in Zone 1 environments (an area in which an explosive gas atmosphere is likely to occur in normal operation). Due to this dangerous environment, this receiver goes inside a metal box, making this an explosion proof receiver.

Regarding the R13 ATEX Z2, this receiver was launched in 2017 and it was designed for hazardous atmospheres where explosive mixture is not likely to occur (Zone 2). This receiver is particularly suitable for those hazardous environments with presence of gas and dust, such as oil refineries, electric energy generation, painting, cement manufacturing, plastic processing plants and so on.

As for the UK, Ikusi Remote ControlĀ“s products are distributed exclusively by Irugasa Remote Control, a company with over 30 years of experience in remote control applications.
