ATEX emergency light produces daylight quality

Completely waterproof to IP68 and made from high pressure die-cast aluminium casing with polycarbonate lens, the Nitech X-cell Guardian portable emergency light produces daylight quality, shadow free light with output equivalent to 300W halogen.

The light is ATEX certified and has been designed for safe operation in all weather and extreme conditions. Operating temperature from -40 to +45°C., the Guardian is dust protected for Zone 22 and has been used by such august organisations as MOD, police, fire and utilities. Adopted widely as a contingency light by the nuclear and other critical industries.

The lamp type is a CFL 4 pin, 2x11 watt unit with a light output of 2000 lumens and 4000°K. Battery recharge time is between 10 and 12 hours and the operating life has been estimated at better than 10,000 hours.
