ExVeritas North America gains CompEx accreditation
02 March 2020
ExVeritas North America, a part of ExVeritas Group’s international safety certification organisation, has expanded its facilities in the Dallas, Texas area. The North America office has moved to a larger facility expanding the footprint of both the laboratory and training facilities.
As part of the expansion, the facility has gained accreditation under the CompEx scheme for the training of personnel who work in potentially explosive atmospheres, adding a fourth training centre to the ExVeritas Groups accredited training locations.
ExVeritas in the UK and ExVeritas North America have both had Ex F NEC 500 and Ex F NEC 505 added to their scope (together with International IEC and ATEX based courses) and also offer the Ex F Plus (a foundation level course with 1 day of ‘hands on’ installation and assessment) at the Dallas location.
Luke Ricks, Managing Director of ExVeritas North America, said: "We are delighted to become the fourth training centre for ExVeritas under CompEx accreditation. CompEx is a fully accredited and highly prestigious and well recognised training scheme with close to one hundred thousand certificates issued"
Sean Clarke, ExVeritas Group Managing Director, added: "We look forward to adding some of the most popular courses that ExVeritas deliver at the Dallas location, including our ‘advanced intrinsic safety design and nonelectrical certification course’."
All training delivered by ExVeritas benefits from our unique ‘Learn Ex’ system with pre- and post-learning materials, software tools and practice exams. All courses are available to registered delegates for 5 years from the date of training including all course updates so that you (and your CPD) can stay current.
