COOPER Crouse-Hinds launches new online customer support centre

COOPER Crouse-Hinds has launched a new online support centre and tracking tool for customers, authorised distributors and agents. The new C3 COOPER Customer Centre is now available for customers, agents and distributors based in the UK and other parts of Western Europe, Eastern Europe and Russia. C3 enables users to check stock availability, order status and nett pricing in real time over the Internet from their PC.

For specific products, users can carry out an ‘Advanced Inventory Check’ by searching on product part number, catalogue number, COOPER ID or UPC. Similarly, detailed Product Availability checks can be made, including shipping locations and lead times.

Under ‘Order Information’, users can perform a quick search of their last 15 orders. Advanced Order Search enables the user to search by reference, product, ship-to-location, etc. More detailed order tracking and information on shipping dates is available via the ‘Customer PO’ (purchase order) search, where detailed order documents can also be downloaded, printed or emailed.

The C3 ‘Resource Centre’ provides users with faster, easier access to product literature, datasheets and other important documentation such as training events, forthcoming trade exhibitions, seminars and press conferences.

New users simply go to the COOPER Industries website at www.cooperc3.com and request an ID and password. Once the registration form has been completed, the user is provided with a user ID and password from the C3 Help Centre. Live action (video) C3 tutorials are also provided to ensure that users get maximum benefit from the many features available.
