New Kopex-Ex catalogue features new Thomas & Betts products for hazardous areas

Thomas & Betts' extensive range of products for use within hazardous and hostile areas are featured in the company's new 194 page catalogue.  New Kopex-Ex branded electrical conduit systems and DTS hazardous area lighting products/enclosures are featured in the latest publication.  Essential information for industry professionals on global hazardous area classifications and zones is also provided.

All Thomas & Betts products are designed to offer high performance, durability and value for money in many different hazardous environments.  These include the oil & gas, food & beverage, chemical & pharmaceutical industries as well as many other industrial sectors.  The catalogue explains how such industries are bound by different standards throughout the world including ATEX Europe, the IECEx international scheme, UL America, CSA Canada and GOST for Russia.  There are also specific hazardous area zone definitions to assist with the selection of the correct Kopex-Ex and DTS products.

The Kopex-Ex range includes industry leading liquid tight and nylon non-metallic electrical conduit systems and fittings.  Details of new anti-static nylon multi-layer conduit for high impact resistance are featured in the catalogue for the first time.
