Facilitation in the determination of Safety Integrity Level (SIL), design and verification of systems to meet specified SIL requirements. All of our independent functional safety assessments are carried out by our team of engineers, trained to Certified Functional Safety Expert / Practitioner level (CFSE / CFSP).
Our work is underpinned by our Exida TUV accredited software. In addition, we also offer Alarm Management support in accordance with the recommendations of EEMUA 191 Guidelines.
ARC FLASH STUDIES
We have developed a proven process for arc flash analysis, mitigation and ensuring clients comply with NFPA70E (National Fire Protection Association – Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace) and the EAWR (Electricity At Work Regulations) in the protection against a known hazard.
Our analysis is performed in accordance with IEEE 1584 (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers - Guide for Performing Arc Flash Hazard Calculations) and includes the use of industry proven software with our expert evaluation to model and undertake calculations in both AC and DC applications.
