Motor maker receives IECEx Conformity Mark (09 April 2010)
ABB is the first motor manufacturer in the world to be granted a license to use the IECEx Conformity Mark stated an ABB spokesperson. The license allows ABB to display the IECEx Conformity Mark on products covered by an IECEx Certificate of Conformity, as well as on packaging and promotional materials.

Ex motor repair workshops (15 July 2009)
Four more locations have been added to ABB’s network of Ex motor repair workshops. Mid-Kent Electrical Engineering in Sittingbourne, Heasell Electromechanical Services in Hertfordshire, JJ Loughran in Cookstown, Co.Tyrone and Campbell's Electric Motors in Dublin are now certified to carry out repairs of Ex motors to ABB factory standards.

Energy efficiency award (22 January 2009)
