Pressure switches with ATEX certification (22 August 2008)
A range of compact, low cost pressure switches are ATEX-certified for use in Zone 0, Zone 1 and Zone 2. The 901 range of ATEX-certified pressure switches, from Impress Sensors, are ideal for monitoring overpressure, vacuum or differential pressure of both liquid and gaseous substances. The switches can be used to monitor fluid levels and filters, as well as excessive or inadequate pressure and pressure differentials in closed systems.

Pressure sensors now ideal for viscous fluids (22 July 2008)
A range of pressure sensors for viscous and gaseous media is now available, which withstand frequent wash downs and temperatures of up to 300°C, but are also certified for use in Zone 0 environments. The DMK 331P is a ceramic pressure sensor with a flush stainless steel diaphragm. Supplied by Impress Sensors & Systems. The sensor is targeted at any process environment where viscous fluids are present.
