Discovery - Bulgin’s EXPlora ATEX Zone 2 connector (17 February 2011)
Independently tested for ATEX compliance, EXPlora is an all plastic connector dust and waterproof to IP68, offers 2 to 10 pole contacts rated up to 18A, 600V, with a temperature rating from -15°C to +85°C and is ATEX zone 2 and zone 22 approved.

IP68 bluetooth cable replacement (08 February 2010)
Bulgin's self-pairing Bluetooth cable replacement products eliminate data cables and allow equipment with RS485 or RS232 data ports to communicate using wireless Bluetooth technology.
The IP68 rated environmentally sealed enclosure protects against dust and moisture, so the units can be used in harsh or hostile applications.

Connectors for use in hazardous environments (29 October 2009)
Independently tested for compliance to ATEX standards for use in Zone 2 and Zone 22 environments, the new EXP series from Bulgin Components is manufactured from a tough high grade UL94V-0 rated Polycarbonate material. The connectors are environmentally sealed to IP68 to provide protection for the most severe of dust and water borne environments. Ambient temperature range is from -20°C to +55°C.

Sealed enclosure range (06 February 2009)
Complimenting Bulgin’s ranges of sealed connectors the BE enclosure range is available in 3 sizes. The enclosures combine corrosion resistance and lightweight properties with high impact strength in a choice of two plastic materials; ABS with a UL94-HB rating and Polycarbonate with a UL94-V0 rating. The lids and bases can be supplied in alternative colours.

Rear of panel sealing added to connector range (20 January 2009)
This accessory provides a rear of panel seal to Bulgin’s panel mounting waterproof Buccaneer connectors. The PX0799 backshell replaces the existing panel nut, fixing the connector in place, and provides dust and water protection up to IP68 between the panel and the cable at the rear. This allows a through panel seal with waterproof connections both sides of the panel whilst still retaining a re-wireable capability.

Panel mount waterproof Ethernet connectors (22 September 2008)
Bulgin's IP68 waterproof Ethernet Buccaneer family has been extended with four panel mount versions. Using the industry standard shielded RJ45 interface, these connectors are available with PCB and IDC termination. The PX0839/PC has straight PC pins designed for vertically mounting the PCB flush up against the rear of the connector.

Large diameter vandal resistant switch (15 September 2008)
At 32mm diameter the MP0050 is the largest in Bulgin’s extensive range of vandal resistant switches. Manufactured from Stainless Steel it is designed to complement the other switches in the range and is available with flush and protruding buttons.
