    Two people were killed in an explosion at the Saipol oilseed plant in Dieppe on February 17. Local officials said 11 people received light injuries, mostly suffering shock.   • Gas blast at Indian hotel kills at least 18

    A gas cylinder exploded on February 16 at a hotel in the city of Beawar, in the western state of Rajasthan, reducing the venue to ruins and sparking a huge fire.
