India pharma plant explosion kills 1, injures 14 25 May 2016

An explosion at Srikar Labs located at Jawaharlal Nehru Pharma City (JNPC), Parawada, Visakhapatnam, in the state of Andhra Pradesh, resulted in one death and 14 injuries. Six die in pharma company explosion in southern India 09 February 2016

Six workers died and another sustained injuries after an explosion inside the Hasitha Pharmaceutical plant on the outskirts of Hyderabad, southern India. UK chemical industry reports high confidence for 2016 08 February 2016

Two workers, a pharmacist and his assistant, were burned to death and five others injured after a reactor blast rocked the active pharmaceutical ingredients manufacturing plant of Sainor Life Sciences at the Ramky group's Jawaharlal Nehru Pharma city at Parawada near Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, on September 28.
