    A company specialising in spray foam insulation services has been fined after an inexperienced worker suffered severe burns while attempting to refuel petrol powered equipment. Greenseal Insulation Ltd of Birmingham pleaded guilty to breaching Regulation 6 of the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (DSEAR) 2002 and was fined £40,000 with costs of £11,779....

At least three people have died and around 50 injured in a gas explosion at a hospital in the Chilean city of Concepción, the local chief of police told media on April 21.
