Plant safety solutions include fixed gas detection technologies such as catalytic, infrared (including  open path) and electrochemical, whilst flame detection encompasses the unique CCTV flame detector camera in addition to our range of infrared and ultra violet based detection devices. Dräger’s knowledge and experience in fixed gas detection delivers an optimised and engineered solution tailored to the need of the individual plant or process. Ensuring the safety of personnel is a key focus for Dräger. Detection solutions include an extensive range of portable atmosphere monitors, for personal and area monitoring and for clearance measurements such as confined space pre-entry or hot work. Drug and alcohol screening devices ensure fitness to work and compliance with organisational policies. Personnel protection equipment includes breathing protection from simple respiratory protection to full breathing apparatus plus comprehensive body protection solutions including a range of helmets, protective eyewear and chemical protection suits.

Complementing our product based solutions Dräger has a full range of service and support solutions. Service contracts extend from simple maintenance to full cost of ownership cover. Training packages are available including offshore inductions, OPITO approved H2S basic training and Authorised Gas Tester courses. Additionally asset and safety management solutions including shutdown and turnaround programmes deliver cost savings and operational efficiencies.
