The steam coupling system from Action Sealtite can be fitted or re-attached to your hose without special equipment. Maximum safe working pressures are up to 3,750 PSI. The HP series of heat-treated carbon steel safety clamps are interlocking and under-ribbed. Incorporating a bolt shelf for one-handed spanner tightening.

The steam coupling system offers a choice of safety couplings, including machined from bar male and female stems with multi serrated tail and collar for the safety clamp, as well as spud nuts made from steel bar, and malleable iron swivel nuts.
The swivel nut allows for connection or disconnection without spanners and is designed to withstand abuse. It can not be connected direct to the pipe work without first fitting the spud. This ensures built in, high pressure sealing.
