THT’s world first driverless heat resistant light is ideal for high temperature environments
02 March 2022
In high heat environments, such as steel mill and glass manufacturing, the ambient temperature is always a great challenge and a leading factor in the failure of LED drivers. THT’s world first driverless LED design is ideal for high temperature environments and other harsh environments application.
Most of the LED drivers in the world can only withstand temperatures of up to 70 degrees Celsius; when the temperature exceeds the limit, the LED lights will malfunction and require frequent maintenance to keep the light operational. In that situation the maintenance manpower and component cost will rise and significant amounts of time are wasted.
THT's lights are heat resistant and have many advantages, including lightweight, small volume, less malfunction rate, waterproof rating IP67, and longer lifespan. Our LED lights are able to provide continuous illumination in harsh environments at all times. THT’s heat resistant lights are tested and verified by a UL laboratory to ensure the most reliable and stable quality. In addition to heat resistant lights, THT also provides explosion proof light for hazardous locations, including petrochemical plants, refinerys, pharmaceutical plants, chemical plants, and gas plants. Our explosion proof lights were granted UL, IECEx, ATEX, CML and TIIS explosion proof certifications to ensure you have a safe working environment. THT safeguards your life and property.
