Distribution of explosion protection technology

Orthos has been appointed sole UK distributor for the German Rembe range of explosion protection equipment which includes venting panels, bursting discs and the patented, Q-Rhor and Q-Box flame suppression. The range also includes elevator and transport line protection and explosion suppression systems optimised for individual requirements.

Venting panels include two types of single layer units with exceptional stability. Mounting is directly made on to a flat or curved surface without the need for special torque adjustment of the mounting screws.

Rembe also offer specialised sanitary bursting discs for the food industry with the advantage of the process being completely sealed by a smooth stainless steel membrane.

Both the Q-Rhor and Q-Box flameless venting system are synonymous with Rembe as being the original inventors of this technology which in combination with a bursting disc permit indoor venting.
