CEE introduces compact Cyclovent unit

The compact Cyclovent dust extraction unit from Carter Environmental Engineers (CEE) has been developed from the company’s standard range to offer all the system’s advantages in a compact, stand-alone unit. It is available from stock in a variety of air handling capacities from 0.5 cu m/sec up to 6 cu m.

The Cyclovent package can be connected to a wide range of individual machines, operations or processes.
It meets all relevant CE mark requirements and HSG37 regulations on controlling airborne contaminants at work. The Cyclovent is ideal for potentially flammable or explosive dust. With no moving parts the risk of ignition is reduced during normal operation -- ideal for DSEAR/ATEX applications. Air cleaning technologies create a unique multi-stage scrubbing action providing an alternative solution to barrier filtration techniques and a more efficient option to self-induced wet scrubbing. The cleaning stages created within the Cyclovent progressively remove fine dust particulate and if fitted with additional equipment can cope with some odours. The design has been configured to minimise both the risk of blockages and minimise the maintenance required.
