05 August 2024
Nightstick has introduced the latest fixed head addition to its INTRANT® Angle Light lineup: XPP-5564RXA & XPP-5564GXA INTRANT® DUO Dual-Light Angle Light. Leveraging the proven performance of the INTRANT® Angle Light with a pivoting head, the INTRANT® DUO is designed for hazardous environments.
Certified ATEX Zone 0/20 and Intrinsically Safe Class I Div. 1, DUO provides reliable safety for first responders, rescue professionals, and industrial hazardous workers. The innovative Right Angle Light integrates an LED spotlight and floodlight within a durable polycarbonate casing. The spotlight offers selectable brightness settings of 320 and 100 lumens, projecting a focused beam up to 297 meters with an intensity of 22,000 candela.
The floodlight delivers a monster 275 and 100 lumens of broad illumination, ideal for maintaining orientation while staying focused on the task in Dual-Light along with the spotlight. Dual-Light mode allows for the simultaneous use of both spotlight and floodlight, enhancing both long-distance visibility and immediate area illumination. The floodlight’s 45° downward tilt is geared to prevent slips and falls, providing a safer working environment.
"With INTRANT® DUO, we've set a new standard for rugged dependability and performance," says Jonathan Gordon, Fire & Rescue Marketing Manager at Nightstick. "The 320 lumen spotlight and 275 lumen floodlight provide superior visibility, empowering first responders to navigate hazardous environments easily."
The INTRANT® DUO High Lumen models come in both red and green and feature large dual switches for easy use with thick gloves. IP-67 rated for dust and waterproof, the DUO also includes a battery status indicator always visible on top and a spring-loaded clip with a V-ring for secure attachment to gear. Weighing just 11 ounces and powered by four included AA batteries, INTRANT® DUO is the versatile and reliable Dual-Light designed to meet the tough demands of first responders and hazardous workers.
