EEMUA training for Industrial Engineers is available when you need it, where you need it, and how you need it… blended, live online, classroom, e-learning, and in-house options, with multiple language choices throughout each year, CPD approved, and certification up to 5 years. All courses developed, verified and maintained ‘for industry, by industry’ for efficient and safe industrial engineering, including in pressure systems, subsea, storage tanks, piping and more.
Mechanical Integrity Training Portfolio:
Mechanical Integrity Practitioner Certificate – From day 1 on EEMUA’s MIPC® course Learners build a workbook on primary containment (including pressure systems) adapted by subject experts to the industrial engineering needs of each Learner, their site/s and company.
The next CPD-approved MIPC course starts 21 October 2024 – delivered where needed, on-site or on-call, and blending live, online classes, 1:1 tutorials and e-learning, with Mentor support throughout.
Reality is built into the course by combining Tutors’ know how and decades of experience with defined ‘how to’ guidance distilled ‘by industry, for industry’ into EEMUA’s good practice publications.
For flexibility, MIPC training fits work schedules as weekly undertakings of 4 hours and runs for 27 weeks to provide the depth required by industry for Practitioner-level engineers – all certificated for five years.

EEMUA 231 Mechanical Integrity Basics – blended learning combines Live online sessions, 1:1 tutorials and e-learning, for a flexible 4 hours of training per week. Covers effectively managing primary containment of plant containing hazardous substances, including: Legislative requirements; Organisational arrangements; Asset registers; Written Scheme of Examination; Record keeping; Inspection reports; Operating limits; Decision making; and more.
Next course Mechanical Integrity Basics course runs 30 September 2024 – 31 October 2024, with examination for certification. Induction to fit schedules from September 2024 optimises the course for the engineering needs of each Learner and their sites.

EEMUA 231 Mechanical Integrity e-learning – Short, on-demand, online course covering practical mechanical integrity issues and up-to-date good practice ‘by industry, for industry’. At the awareness level for introducing, onboarding and refreshing individuals and teams. Covering: Plant lifecycle; Meeting legislative requirements; Written Scheme of Examination; Asset condition; Business continuity; Examination types; Ageing equipment; Organisational arrangements; Inspecting and reporting; Unexpected damage; Postponement of an examination - PSSR and non-PSSR equipment; Integrity assessment; and more. In-house training – EEMUA’s proven courses can be adapted by arrangement to suit individual company circumstances, timing, location, language and training delivery preferences. EEMUA 194 Subsea Engineering Basics Course – For ageing or new underwater energy production equipment materials selection and corrosion control. Covering: Design, specification, commissioning, operation, repair, maintenance, refurbishment.
Blended learning: Live, online classes, recordings, one-to-one sessions, on-demand e-learning. Expert Tutors and Mentor support.
In-depth Learning for 3 weeks starts 4 November 2024 at a flexible 8 hours per week pace for engineers where they need it – On-site or Off-site.
Adaptive: Subject expert Tutors use decades of experience to tailor the course to the engineering needs of each Learner, their site/s and company via Induction of 2 hours to fit diaries.

At the awareness level for introducing, onboarding and refreshing individuals and teams. Covering: Subsea challenge implications; Materials properties; Specialised manufacturing techniques; Managing external corrosion; Key success factors for ensuring cathodic protection; and more.
