Designed for the fast and economical installation of lighting and other building services components, the gesis IP+ system is ideal for use where a high degree of protection is required.

The system is manufactured to BS61535 and offers ingress protection ratings of IP65 (protection from jet spray water), IP66 (powerful jets of water), IP67 (temporary submersion) and IP68 (continuous submersion for two hours at depths up to three metres). The entire system is designed for rated currents of 20A and 25A, depending on type and is lockable so a tool is required for disconnection to prevent it happening accidentally.

Its housing material is also resistant to a wide range of chemicals and UV light (black connectors).
Available in 2 - 5 pole connectors, versions include 2 pole for low voltage and AS-I bus, 3, 4, & 5 pole for lighting which includes “blue” coding for dimming, mains power distribution and 3 & 5 pole for photo voltaic inverter applications.
