Surveillance systems for hazardous areas

The dome camera has achieved IP68, is shock, chemical and vibration proof and is suitable for use in zone 1,2, 21 and 22.

The compact colour camera is the smallest Ex rated camera worldwide weighing just 435g. The camera has a heated lens surface to prevent condensation. It has a fixed viewing angle of 90 degrees and a high resolution of 460 (PAL) lines.

The compact and lightweight Dome camera, has a free horizontal panning range of 360° and can follow programmable positions and paths. It can be used as part of an analogue surveillance system for the direct view of a full screen, for recording or for a split-screen display from various image sources. Via a video server, the signals can also be converted into digital video data an fed into an Ethernet to be used and evaluated in various ways with the aid of a computer. Alternatively, the Dome camera is available with an IP interface for digital networks. The camera is has day and night vision with a 18X zoom.
