Pump turns up the pressure

04 March 2009

Cat Pumps has launched the 10,000 psi Model 1810 Plunger Pump that delivers an exceptionally smooth, low pulsation flow of 11.4 l/min and due to its low unswept volume (minimal un-evacuated liquid remains in the pumping chamber) it exhibits excellent volumetric efficiency. Resistance to corrosion and wear is ensured by block-style stainless-steel manifolds and high-density polished solid ceramic plungers, giving the 1810 extended seal and operating life.

With a die-cast aluminium crankcase, the pump combines high strength with minimum weight.

The 1810 Plunger Pump advances Cat Pumps’ commitment to offering a range of pumps to industry that reduces unit size in relation to the pressure output whilst maintaining an envied reputation for reliability and customer support.
