The purpose of the audit was to make sure the requirements in the health, environment and safety regulations are followed in terms of operations, maintenance and inspection of pipelines and subsea facilities.
Furthermore, the purpose was to contribute to the transfer of experience, in part in connection with the execution of a project aimed at technology development and the need for early first time internal inspection.
The PSA identified a potential for improvement in three areas: management of risk-based inspection, governing documents and technical state control of Hod 4” gas lift line.
