The LSIS 120 series from Leuze electronic combines barcode and 2D code reading in a single highly efficient unit. This reduces the complexity as well as the time for installation, yielding considerable cost savings.

At only 40mm wide and 32mm high the compact size of the LSIS 120 permits its easy implementation in constrained spaces, whilst the M12 connection and metric mounting thread speed its installation.
Designed for industrial use it has a robust metal housing with a glass window and IP65 rating. This combined with its ‘no moving parts’ construction and wide voltage range from 10 – 30V DC, ensures functionality under intense use even in the toughest industrial applications.
Excellent read results are guaranteed by the high camera resolution of 1.23 megapixels, which can read all common barcode and 2D codes omnidirectionally – they do not need to be arranged in a specific direction.
A choice between RS232 or USB interfaces provides additional flexibility of installation as does the ability to manually activate and configure the unit by a trigger button.
