Victrex Polymer Solutions, a division of Victrex plc has launched the redesigned, customer-focused website The user-friendly and content-rich site offers easy and intuitive navigation with comprehensive product/application information directly accessible by industry or product name.

The goal is to make it easier for customers including OEMs, engineers and processing partners to access expert engineering and technical support, secure information about the highest quality PEEK products available, and get personalised service throughout the development process.

According to Amelia Burkhart, Victrex global interactive marketing communications manager, “Redesigning the website was truly a collaborative effort leveraging feedback from customers and participation by all functions of the business to ensure the end result meets our customer’s needs on a global basis. The site pays close attention to the Victrex brand as well as incorporating best practices in web design, usability trends, and the latest web technologies.”

A major focus of Victrex’s previous website was educating users about Victrex PEEK polymer. Now in its 30th year of focusing on polyketone-based products, Victrex is a respected leader in the industry and Victrex PEEK polymer is widely recognised as a trusted material solution. The new site is focused on providing customers with technically rich content; showcasing Victrex’s application success stories with a focus on specific performance challenges within each industry; and creating awareness for recent promotions and upcoming events.

The site includes enhancements that make it easier to access technical information including a section called “Ask the Expert,” where users can identify criteria and application challenges then connect with an expert who can address their specific needs. The Victrex Library is accessible from every page of the website and contains datasheets, press releases, literature and more, with sort-functionality by industry or product.
