Bedford Opto Technology will shortly be releasing samples of their next generation high speed digital opto couplers featuring low propagation delays and operating speed up to 2Mbs with isolation voltages of 10 and 16kV.Internal screens over the sensor for improved noise immunity and operating currents down to 3mA. The new series will be in addition to our current OPI2000, OPI2000M(certified) and OPI2000MK series. Once customer approvals are obtained all types will be submitted for ATEX/IECEx certification. It is expected that we will be able to offer a price reduction on this new series.
