Roxtec - HazardEx 2012 Exhibitor

20 December 2011

Roxtec is the global market leader for cable and pipe seals. The seals form an efficient barrier against water, fire, gas, blast, dust and rodents, and provide solutions for bonding, grounding and protection from electromagnetic disturbances.

The seals are easy to adapt to cables of different sizes thanks to the Roxtec innovation Multidiameter™ technology, which is based on sealing modules with removable layers. This flexibility simplifies design, speeds up installation and reduces the need for material and logistics. It also provides built-in spare capacity for upgrades. The sealing solutions are approved by all major classification societies and used to ensure safety, efficiency and operational reliability in a wide range of industries and projects worldwide.

Roxtec Ex seals
Wherever explosive atmospheres may occur, Roxtec Ex seals protect life and assets. The system is certified according to ATEX and IECEx, and ensures increased safety as it is approved for Ex e classified applications. The products are approved for use in zones 1 and 2 for gas- and 21 and 22 for dust atmospheres.

HazardEx Award 2011
Roxtec won the Environmental Protection award at HazardEx 2011 for its work on UK wind farms. The award for environmental contribution to industry goes to a company which has used energy efficient processes or products within potentially explosive atmospheres.
