It is also certified for all group II (industrial) gas apparatus groups, for potentially explosive gases, vapours and mists up to T4 temperature class, and group I M2 mining applications.

With a light output of up to 130 lumens, the HT-650 gives approximately 14 hours optimum light duration from one set of 3 AA alkaline primary cells.  The ATEX LED Headtorch designed for single handed switching, is water and dust tight to IP66, robust and highly durable, chemical resistant and electrostatic non-hazardous.

The HT-650 has a tilt adjustment mechanism to allow the user to angle the light and uses bespoke optics giving a wide angle beam suitable for inspection and maintenance tasks.  The headtorch is fitted with an adjustable removable fabric headband allowing the torch to be comfortably worn directly on the head for extended periods. It is also supplied with an easy clean inert silicone strap to allow it to grip securely to hard hats and safety helmets.
