New Ex LED beacons from Werma

The new 782 Ex beacons from WERMA can provide signalling in gas or dust explosion hazardous areas. With just one device, the user can cover zones 1 and 2 as well as 21 and 22.

WERMA Signaltechnik 782 Ex LED long-life signal beacons, with rotating or permanent light,are suitable for use in chemical plants, flour mills, the woodworking industry or petrochemical industry, amongst others. these optical signal devices provide warnings in a range of different explosion protected areas.

WERMA has been developing products with combined approval for use in both gas and dust applications for many years. The new ex-proof beacon series 729, 728 and 785 are also approved for use in zones 1,2,21 and 22.

By ensuring effective explosion protection even at extreme temperatures down to as low as -50°C, the application possibilities with the new beacons has been significantly increased.
