Man seriously injured planting bomb at Dallas gas plant

According to the Dallas Morning News, a man who was seriously injured planting a bomb at a 
natural gas regulator station in the Dallas suburb of Plano, has been arrested and charged with possessing an explosive device.

Anson Chi had posted anti-government diatribes on Facebook and was wanted for a probation violation in California, according to the authorities. 

The explosion caused minimal damage to the regulator station and nearby natural gas pipelines.
