Product ranges involved in the contract include Explosion Proof DECONTACTORTM DXN (16 to 63 A), weatherproof DECONTACTORTM DSN (16 to 63 A) and custom made SS316L boxes (with DS2 - 250 A and CS1000 - 400 A).

The electrical outlets have a patented integrated switching device, which guarantees the complete safety of operators and subcontractors, and facilitates maintenance operations.

Due to their robust design and compact size, the products are perfectly matched to the tough operating environment of Offshore operations. They are designed to operate in marine environments and are resistant to temperature variations, shocks and chemicals agents.

MEG will be working closely with PPL engineering and on-site maintenance teams to tailor solutions to their specific needs.
