Dron & Dickson Secures Global Frame Agreement

Dron & Dickson, specialists in design, supply and maintenance of hazardous area electrical equipment, has secured a major contract with SBM Offshore. The project will see Dron & Dickson carry out electrical inspection and maintenance on SBM Offshore’s assets. The Global Frame Agreement began in late 2012.
Dron & Dickson will provide a team of 60 to service the operation, including a rope access team for high-level maintenance. The firm will also provide a dedicated engineering manager to oversee work being done in all regions.

In addition to providing Ex maintenance, the frame agreement with SBM Offshore also allows for the provision of additional services, such as condition monitoring and trace heating maintenance.
