Process Safety Track to be key feature of EMEA Safety in Action conference

26 June 2015

Chilworth Global will be organising the Process Safety Track at the EMEA Safety in Action conference  in Antwerp on October 21st & 22nd. This is a unique event that captures and distills decades of process safety experience from across Europe in two thought-provoking days of practical process safety knowledge exchange.

It is designed to provide content that can be directly applied to raising standards in process safety performance. Unlike other Process Safety events, the Process Safety Track offers you unbiased innovative sessions that focus on real life challenges in process safety that deliver practical knowledge which has been proven to be effective.

One of the conference highlights will be the keynote addresses of global process safety leaders such as former CSB Chairman John Bresland, who will talk on the “Future Trends in Process Safety”, and Nigel Atkinson of Syngenta, who will discuss “The Benefits of Investing in Process Safety”.

There will also be sessions on:
*How to tackle the challenges of inconsistent Seveso regulation implementations in multi-national companies.
*The effective use of Process Safety data to support a process safety analysis.
*The prevention of major industrial incidents such as fire, explosions and toxic releases which might occur even when you have a process safety management system in place.
*HAZOP Best Practices – through PHA exercises we will introduce common PSM pitfalls and provide you with tools to prevent them in a cost effective manner.
