Curvaceous Software is pleased to announce the grant of another patent in September 2008 by the Japan Patent Office for the control of multi-variables processes using a single Operating Envelope. The patent application was first started in the UK in May 2002 and in 2005 Curvaceous Software requested an examination in Japan. The Japanese patents are known to take a long-time to be granted, so for Curvaceous this is wonderful news....
