Description: The Hazardex 2017 International Conference & Exhibition for hazardous area and process safety specialists will take place at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Runcorn, Cheshire, on March 2 & 3.
The event aims to strengthen and expand the community that looks to the Hazardex website and journal for industry intelligence and information.

The 2016 Conference & Exhibition was judged particularly successful by attendees, with 100% of those providing feedback rating the event ‘good, ‘very good’ or ‘excellent’.

Compared with the last event in 2014, the conference programme in 2016 was a third longer and delegate numbers were also up by a third. Special praise was reserved for the quality of the presentations and the positive and focused atmosphere throughout, with the efficient organisation also gaining plaudits.

Exhibitors were up 32% on 2014 and exhibition visitor numbers increased by 36%. A large majority of exhibitors expressed satisfaction with the quality of contacts they had made, to the extent that 75% had rebooked for next year’s event before the show closed.

We aim to do even better in 2017 and will be putting together an even stronger conference programme over the second half of 2016.
